About
Sunrise is a marketing research consultancy focused on growing renewable energy, especially Solar. This site is a repository of information and a forum for topics related to solar consumer behavior and research. The trajectory of the firm and site is open to change as it evolves and finds its usefulness.

Sunrise was started in April, 2020, by Joey Michaud, a 20-year marketing research veteran. Joey has worked in various industries to help build out firms' research portfolios and abilities. One of the most fulfilling challenges is helping a new company or industry find successful research applications that they had not imagined before.

There are firms, agencies, and organizations in the Solar space doing great consumer research (see links in Farm). Given the position of the industry on the long-term growth curve, though, it is natural that there is still plenty of room for growth and learning. Sunrise hopes to contribute to this knowledge base in order to speed the adoption of renewable energy.

Please explore, sign up, and help expand the reach of renewables!
